Nadi is used by fleet operators, schools, and transport teams. We process information about:
Nadi is not directed at children. Student rider details may appear on a route sheet a customer uploads. That information belongs to the customer organization, which is responsible for having a lawful basis to include it.
Name, email, role, organization, and login credentials. Drivers may also provide licence details, documents, and contact information when they register.
Inspection photos, documents, and other files a customer or driver uploads into Nadi.
Device type, app version, IP address, log data, and similar information needed to run and secure the service.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use Nadi operations data to advertise to drivers or students.
The driver app may capture location when a driver clocks in or out. That is so the customer can confirm the shift started where it should. Location is not used for unrelated tracking or marketing. Access is limited to the customer organization and papercut staff who need it to support the product.
If a customer asks us to connect Nadi to another system they use, we share only what that integration needs.
We keep information for as long as the customer account needs it to operate Nadi, plus a limited period for backups, disputes, and legal requirements. If a customer ends service, we delete or return workspace data according to the agreement, except where we must keep a copy by law.
We use access controls, encrypted connections, and least-privilege practices. No system is perfectly secure. Customers must also protect their own logins and devices.
If you use Nadi through an employer or school fleet, that organization is usually the controller of your data. Ask them first to correct, export, or delete information. You may also contact us at support@papercuttech.com. We will route the request to the customer when we must.
Depending on where you live (including New Jersey and other U.S. states with privacy laws), you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain processing. We will not discriminate against you for exercising those rights.
Nadi is provided from the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, your information is processed in the U.S.
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change, and we will post the new version on this page. Material changes may also be emailed to the customer’s admin contact.
